If you are wanting to participate in the 4th annual MB Food Fest, please complete the following registration form.
Please note, this is a sampling + selling event. We advise to prepare samples for approximately 600 attendees minimum. As ticket sales near event date, we will confirm that number.
If you would also like to sell full size portions from your booth (ie: sampling soup but sell full bowls), you are welcome to do that as long as proper hot/cold holding is followed.
NO FOOD PREP CAN BE DONE ON SITE.
You are also welcome to sell merchandise ie: t-shirts
The event set up can start at 10am and must be complete by 11:30 AM - NO EXCEPTIONS!!
We will run the event with 2 ticket times 12:00-3 and then 3:30-6:30 - guests are given colour coded bracelets for each time frame.
Once we receive your registration, you will be sent a link to process payment. Please complete this step to secure your registration within 2 weeks of link being sent.
Vendor fee is $140 (no table needed) or $150 + GST with one 6' table. If you require electrical, there is an additional $10 charge for that.
**Canopies are not provided and are required.
**Wash station is required and can consist of a jug of clean water, soap, paper towels.
**Please use gloves when handling samples
**Please have a waste container at your booth for sampling, our volunteers will empty for you
**We DO NOT provide ice, please bring if you require
FOR VENDORS SELLING ALCOHOL:
Please have a holding box to place your customers orders in with the customer name name clearly marked on bag/box or label. Our volunteers will pick up and take to exit holding area for customer pick up. **Due to MLCC rules, all alcohol vendors must be set up together by the Arts Centre
For any event to be successful, it requires the effort of everyone!! Once your registration is completed, you will receive "I am a Vendor" graphics as well as a promo code to Giveaway 2 tickets and a $5 discount code to share privately with those that participate or you personally wish to invite.
All participating vendors will be listed on our website, Eventbrite page, promoted on social platforms and newsletter/email campaigns.
