We are excited to potentially have you as one of our vendors for the 2023 MB Food Fest.  This is a sampling and selling outdoor event, with the exception for the non food related vendors.

We carefully curate our event, once accepted, you will be notified by email.  
Once accepted, a logo + image will then be requested for vendor announcements on our website, social media + promotions. You will also be forwarded a link to formally register as a vendor and process the payment required to secure your vendor spot.
Vendor Booth $150 
includes 1-6' table , add'l tables can be rented along with electrical.  You can select these when you do the final registering.

We will be offering two time frames for guest admittance, with a half hour break between.
12:30-3:00 pm + 3:30-6:00 pm  
We will alert accepted vendors of the total tickets sold in order to best prepare sample offers. We will max ticket sales at 1000


Please Note: All vendors will be required to apply for a temporary food permit and forward a copy to us prior to the event.  For vendors sampling/selling alcohol, we first have to give permission for you to request permit so please just complete the application and forward to us, we will then forward them alltogether. (THIS IS ONLY FOR ALCOHOL)

A mandatory virtual vendor meeting will be held to answer any questions prior to the event.  Once you book and pay for your vendor booth, no refunds will be given after July 1st, 2023, any cancellations prior will be subject to a $25 Administration fee.  This event is rain or shine! In the event of severe weather, we will credit back less the admin fee.

Canopies are mandatory for all outdoor vendors and are not supplied by us so it is your responsibility to bring with you.
This year the main lodge will be a showcase for Sweets + Treats only and will not need canopies.  One 6' table will be supplied unless add'l requested. We thank you for applying to MB Food Fest!
