Menu of sampling items and food items being sold must also be listed and attached

 

• Wash stations are mandatory at each booth: bring a wash basin, paper towel + soap.  

• All outdoor vendors must have a canopy!! 

 

It is your responsibility to have the appropriate food permit and abide by health + safety standards required by the province of Manitoba. Failure to apply/have proper permits will result in Health Inspector/MB Food Fest not allowing you to participate and no refunds would be given.

DO NOT SEND THESE TEMPORARY PERMITS TO HEALTH INSPECTOR! 

Send the completed forms + menu to us with your registration and we will forward together with our event permit application.
