We are so excited to showcase you as a vendor at the 2022 MB Food Fest on Sunday, September 18th, at Fort Gibraltar.  This is an outdoor event unless you specified an indoor booth.

Here are few notes to keep in mind about the event and if you have any questions, please contact us at mbfoodfest2022@gmail.com.

TICKETS:
As mentioned, we will be offering two time frames for guest admittance, with a half hour break between. 12:30-3:00 pm + 3:30-6:00 pm  
We will alert vendors of the total tickets sold in order to best prepare sample offers. We will max ticket sales at 800.  Ticket cost will be $40 and each guest will receive an appetizer from the participating culinary chef's in the competition.

SET UP / TAKE DOWN / CANCELLATION:
Set up can begin at 10am on the 18th but must be complete by noon.  We will have volunteers onsite to assist with locating your booth site, unloading, getting ice and emptying garbages for you.  If you are needing anything, simply ask one of them.  They will be wearing MB Food Fest Volunteer Shirts.  If you requested a canopy rental, it will be set up for you. Any table rental requests will also be moved onto your booth site.  
Please do not start take down until the event is over at 6pm.
Cancellation requests are only available until July 1st, after this date no refunds are given.

PERMITS:
It is your responsibility to have the appropriate food permit and abide by health + safety standards required by the province of Manitoba.  Failure to apply/have proper permits will result in Health Inspector/MB Food Fest not allowing you to participate and no refunds would be given.
A copy of your permit will beed to be forwarded to mbfoodfest2022@gmail.com 

PROMOTIONAL:
As a vendor, you will be listed on our website, promoted on social media and in the directory listing of the exclusive MB FOOD FEST event magazine.  This magazine will be curated & published by Mint Marketing Experience. 
We are also offering 1/2 page and full page advertisements for sponsors, which you as a vendor can also take advantage of at a special vendor rate of $95/for a HALF PAGE or $195/for a FULL PAGE.
This is a great way to stay at the top of mind of guests as they will also receive a copy when they enter.  Mint can assist with an advertisement or you can submit one you previously created.  You are also able to add incentives to your advertisement.

PHOTOGRAPHY:
We will have a promotional photographer on site and all photo's will remain the property of MB Food Fest.  If we use on social media, we will tag you appropriately.
In addition, professional food photographer, Rosalie Simone is offering a special MB Food Fest rate for anyone wanting professional photo's of their products (food & non food).  Please connect with Rosalie via our website under the vendors tab and note you are a vendor at MB Food Fest.  If you had selected interested when applying, your email was automatically forwarded to Rosalie.
